At OddBird, we want you to love your unique finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition releases and intimate apparel are final sale to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and exclusivity.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original OddBird box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags remain attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
